Release date: June 30, 2006 Available for credit through: June 30, 2008
|
Program Description:
The purpose of this educational enduring material program is to provide
leading edge allergy and asthma patient care information to MDs,
Physician Assistants, Doctors of Osteopathy, and Nurse Practitioners in
the Primary Care and Pediatric specialties. Accurate diagnosis of
allergy using evidence-based testing will lead to better care and
earlier intervention. Early intervention provides interruption of the
allergic march, leading to better health and fewer long-term health
complications. |
This CME program contains both a 24 minute video of the Roundtable Discussion entitled "The Role of Primary Care in Managing Allergy-like Disease in Children" held on November 7, 2005, and a companion PowerPoint developed to enhance the focus of the discussion topic of allergy-like disease in children. After viewing the complete program, you will be directed to the CME exam and program evaluation. |
