How do I sign in to the web site?
First go to the ArcMesa Educators home page and go to the sign in box on the right side of the page. Enter the username and password you selected when you registered and then click on Sign In.
Not yet registered? Then click on the Register Now button above the sign in screen to register your information.

Is there a fee for registering on the web site?
No, there is no fee for registering your information and creating a record on ArcMesa Educators. The only fees you'll encounter are fees for purchasing courses for CE credit.

Why does is there a message that says, "Invalid Login" when I try to login with my username and password?
"Invalid Login" means that the username or password you're typing in is incorrect. Usernames and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE, meaning uppercase and lowercase letters are regarded as separate letters, not the same.

How do I purchase courses?
First, sign in to ArcMesa Educators home page (If you do not have a Username and Password, click on the Register Now button to register).
Next:
- Click on Courses Available on the top navigation.
- Click on Select next to the course you want to purchase. Click on Select next to any other programs you want to purchase.
- When you are done selecting courses and are ready to pay, click on Submit List underneath the list of selected programs at the top of the page.
- You will then be taken to the Certification Information page to verify and/or edit (if applicable) your personal information. You can also enter a promotion code if you have received one.
- When finished, click on Continue at the bottom.
- At the Purchase Verification page, enter your payment information and then Submit Purchase.

What types of payment can I use to purchase courses?
Credit or debit cards are the accepted payment when ordering online. ArcMesa Educators accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Checks/Money orders are accepted as well. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-597-6372 for more information and assistance.

Why am I receiving an error message in red when entering my credit card information?
First, be sure that you have selected the right type of credit card and have entered the correct credit card number as one long number without any spaces or dashes in between the groups of numbers. Correct way to enter a credit card number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Second, make sure the credit card expiration date is correct.

Where can I find my online program course material?
First, sign in to ArcMesa Educators home page with your username and password. Once you are signed in, you will be taken directly to User History where any purchased online programs will be listed.
Course material for online programs is listed under Viewing Formats. Online programs offer the course material in HTML and PDF formats.

Where can I find my online program exams to complete?
First, sign in to ArcMesa Educators home page with your username and password. Once you are signed in, you will be taken directly to User History where purchased online courses will be listed.
To view the online exams, click on Take Exam next to the course title. A window will come up with the online examination. Be sure to answer each question and then click Continue at the bottom of the page when you are done.
Please note that you cannot keep the exam window open for an hour or more. If the exam window is open for an hour or more, you will be asked to sign back in and your answers will not be saved. To prevent this from occurring, first review the course material under Viewing Formats.

Where can I find and print my certificiate for a completed course?
First, sign in to ArcMesa Educators home page with your username and password. Once you are signed in, you will be taken directly to User History where purchased online courses will be listed.
To view certificates, click on Certificate next to the course title. Next, click on View Certificate to bring up the certificate. To print: Go to File and Print.
