Credit Designation
Medical Education Resources designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 1 category 1 credit toward the AMA’s Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.


Physicians must receive a mark of 70% or greater on the self-assessment questionnaire to earn CME accreditation. In order to receive your CME credits, you must click submit upon completion of the post-test and evaluation. A statement of credit will be issued only upon receipt of a successfully completed post-test and evaluation.
