He was awarded a Master of Science degree and a certificate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Iowa. Following completion of his residency program, Dr. Adair began his teaching career at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York, where he served as department chair and residency program director for the last 7 of his 14 years at that institution. Since 1990 he has been chair of the department of pediatric dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Dr. Adair is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a fellow of the American College of Dentists, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He currently serves as a member of the Commission on Dental Accreditation, as Editor-in-Chief of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and editor of Pediatric Dentistry.

A former Registered Dental Hygienist, she now focuses on health and fitness, with a special interest in back-care and wellness in the workplace, as well as real-life fitness solutions, to dental care professionals. Dr. Raed Ajlouni Is an Associate Professor in the Department of General Dentistry, Group Leader in the Comprehensive Care Program and a member of the Graduate Faculty at Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Ajlouni also directs the Esthetic Dentistry and CAD-CAM courses at Baylor College of Dentistry. He is active in research, development and evaluation of dental biomaterials and techniques for bonding, esthetic dentistry and implants. Dr. Stan Ashworth graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1971. He practiced General Dentistry in Dallas until his retirement in 1999. He has been an Assistant Professor at BCD since 2000 and was named “Teacher of the Year” in 2003. He serves on the Admissions Committee, is the Caucus Leader of the Faculty Senate and is Chairman of the Awards Committee. He is the immediate past President of the Faculty Forum and is the Faculty Advisor for the Odontological Honor Society. At Baylor he lectures on Curing Lights and Teeth Whitening in addition to serving as a “group leader” for senior dental students. For the last four years he has taught a course in Digital Dental Photography to fourth year dental students and has lectured on this topic to various dental practitioners and groups.

Dr. Byron "Pete" Benson is a 1975 graduate of University of Iowa, College of Dentistry and serves as Professor and Director of Radiology in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences at Baylor College of Dentistry.  He received a Certificate in Dental Diagnostic Science from UT-San Antonio in 1986 and attained Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in 1989.  He is also a Diplomate with the American Board of Oral Medicine.  He has received numerous awards and professional recognitions and has published over 100 books, journal articles and abstracts in various scientific publications.  Dr. Benson has become an expert in the area of Digital Radiology over the past several years and has presented this program to numerous dental conventions and meetings throughout the country.

He is a professor in the Restorative Sciences Department at Baylor College of Dentistry and he maintains a prosthodontic and implant practice in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Bolouri has authored articles in several leading dental journals and has lectured extensively throughout the country and internationally. He is board certified Prosthodontist by the American Board of Prosthodontics.

He was an instrumental participant in designing the new sedation and emergency guidelines for Texas dentists, on behalf of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.  In 2003, Dr. Grogan was voted "Teacher of the Year" by the undergraduate students.

He lectures nationally and internationally on Esthetic Dentistry and Dental Implants. He holds faculty positions at two Texas dental schools. At Baylor College of Dentistry, he is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Departments of Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics. He has made a commitment to work with dental residents in Baylor's clinic. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontology at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.  Dr. Higginbottom has participated in clinical research projects and has had numerous articles published in the dental literature.

She has served as an instructor for the last several years preparing students for entry-level dental assisting positions in Dallas and surrounding areas. Ingraham received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Biological Sciences from the University of North Texas.   He is currently a Forensic Anthropologist at the University of North Texas, serving as the laboratory manager and forensic case analyist.  He is an adjunct faculty member in Physical Anthropology at the University of North Texas, serving as the Coordinator and instructor for the introductory level lab course; responsible for course design and materials, testing and evaluation of students, and supervision of new teaching assistants.  His research areas of interest include the histological age estimation of skeletal remains, dental variation and its role in ancestry assessments, and total station mapping in a forensic context. He has received awards for his work in Forensic Anthropology and has published several articles.  He has presented programs in Forensics at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and for the University of North Texas.

Dr. Lois Vanderhoof received her B.A. in Biology and minor in Chemistry from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA, in 1968. She has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Iowa.  Dr. Vanderhoof received her Clinical Nutrition Certification in Dallas (1996).  She has written numerous articles on health, wellness and nutrition and has presented courses on nutrition to various Fortune 500 companies.  She is the founder of National Women’s Nutrition Week, held annually during the second week in April.  Dr. Vanderhoof maintains a nutritional counseling private practice in Plano, Texas.

He is a member of the Academy of Forensic Sciences and American Society of Forensic Odontology.  Dr. Williams is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Odontology and a Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry.  In 2001, he was deployed to New York City to assist in the identification of the World Trade Center victims and in 2005, for the Hurricane Katrina & Rita Disasters.
